Karnataka Bank Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr. Sham K as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from February 27, 2023. The bank also confirmed that M/s. Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited is their Registrar and Share Transfer Agent. This disclosure is in accordance with the continuous disclosure norms of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
