Globe Commercials Ltd to Approve Q3 FY2025-26 Financial Results on April 6, 2026 Board Meeting

Globe Commercials Ltd, formerly known as Globe Multi Ventures Ltd, has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on April 6, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 31.12.2025. The Board will also approve the limited review report by the statutory auditors for the same quarter. The trading window for dealing in securities of the company remains closed until 48 hours from the dissemination of the financial results to the Exchanges, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
