3B Films Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

3B Films Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons/employees and their immediate relatives. The closure is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's 'Code of Conduct'. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, till the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of audited financial results for the half year and financial year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the financial results will be intimated separately.
