BKM Industries Ltd. Submits Overdue Financial Results for Q2 & FY 2022-2023 After NCLT Approved Resolution Plan Implementation

BKM Industries Ltd. has submitted its standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 30th September 2022, following the implementation of a resolution plan approved by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The company, which was under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), could not finalize and submit the financial results within the prescribed timelines due to the management being vested with the Resolution Professional. The submitted financial results have been prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards and have been subject to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors.
