Sumuka Agro Industries Ltd. to Change Name to Gujjubhai Industries Limited Following Merger

Sumuka Agro Industries Ltd. has announced a change of name to Gujjubhai Industries Limited, following the merger by absorption of Gujjubhai Foods Private Limited. The change of name has been approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, with effect from April 6, 2026. This disclosure is being made in terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company will continue to display its old name for a period of two years along with its new name as per Section 12 of the Act.
