ARCL Organics Ltd. has announced the purchase of land and machinery from M/s. Angel Resins, owned by Mr. Sandeep Patel and Mr. Hashmukhbhai Patel, located in Gujarat. The acquisition includes industrial plant, machinery, and related equipment used for powder resin manufacturing. The company paid Rs. 3 Crores for the assets and expects the acquisition to strengthen its manufacturing footprint and enhance operational capacity. Regulatory approvals have been obtained, and the company will now apply for changes in various licenses.
