NCLT orders meetings for Kopran-Kopran Labs amalgamation scheme

Kopran Ltd. announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, has issued an order dated April 09, 2026. This order directs Kopran Limited and Kopran Laboratories Limited to hold meetings for their respective Equity Shareholders, Secured Creditors, and Unsecured Creditors. These meetings are in connection with a proposed Scheme of Amalgamation, which entails the merger by absorption of Kopran Laboratories Limited (Transferor Company) with Kopran Limited (Transferee Company). The scheme remains subject to the receipt of all applicable regulatory and other approvals.
