Skybiotech Healthcare Ltd Closes Trading Window for Audited Financials

Skybiotech Healthcare Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for considering and approving the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2026. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results. All designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to enter into any transaction involving dealing or trading in the company's shares during this period.
