Brigade Group and Hyatt Announce Plans for Grand Hyatt Chennai ECR and Hyatt House Bengaluru Devanahalli

Brigade Group, through its subsidiary Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited (BHVL), and Hyatt have announced plans for Grand Hyatt Chennai ECR and Hyatt House Bengaluru Devanahalli. Grand Hyatt Chennai ECR, signed earlier, will be a premier beachfront hotel with approximately 200 guest rooms, five dining venues, wellness facilities, and multiple event spaces. It is set to open in 2029. Hyatt House Bengaluru Devanahalli, signed recently, will feature 135 serviced apartments for both short and long-term stays. It is located near Kempegowda International Airport and is set to open in 2027. This development is part of Hyatt's strategic vision to expand its brand presence in key leisure and business destinations across India.
