
RCOM: PMLA Adjudicating Authority confirms asset attachments
Reliance Communications Limited (RCOM) announced that the Adjudicating Authority under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA) confirmed provisional attachment orders (PAOs) on April 10, 2026. These orders, previously disclosed in November 2025, relate to assets of RCOM and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Campion Properties Limited (CPL) and Reliance Realty Limited (RRL). The confirmed attachments include a 3.7-acre land lease in New Delhi held by CPL, a 132.07-acre plot in Navi Mumbai held by RRL, and various properties held by RCOM and RRL across Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Pune, and Navi Mumbai, including the Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City infrastructure. The company noted that it is currently undergoing a corporate insolvency resolution process.
