Arcotech Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for FY 2025-2026 Audited Financial Results

Arcotech Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the declaration of audited financial results for the fiscal year ending on 31st March 2026. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window for designated persons and their relatives will be closed from 1st April 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results.
