Veedol Corporation's Company Secretary, Abhijit Tikekar, Now Also CSR Head

Veedol Corporation Limited has announced the re-designation of Mr. Abhijit Tikekar as the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Head in addition to his existing roles as Company Secretary & Head Legal. This change is effective from 1st April, 2026. Mr. Tikekar, who is a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, will continue in his existing roles and responsibilities alongside his new CSR duties. This disclosure is made as a matter of good governance.
