T T Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Designated Persons

Pursuant to the SEBI regulations and T.T. Limited's Insider Trading Code, the trading window for all designated persons, including insiders and their immediate relatives, will close effective Wednesday, 1st April, 2026. The closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ending 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the approval of these financial results will be intimated separately.
