The closure will be effective from April 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31st, 2026 are made publicly available. The date of the board meeting for the declaration of these results will be intimated in due course. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are reminded to comply with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 during this period.
