Mobavenue AI Tech Ltd Closes Trading Window for Quarter and Year Ending March 31, 2026

Mobavenue AI Tech Ltd (formerly Lucent Industries Limited) has announced the closure of the trading window for its designated persons. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The closure is in connection with the approval of the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ending on March 31, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the results are declared and disseminated to the Stock Exchange.
