PH Capital Ltd Appoints Mr. Vijay Solanki as CFO and Key Managerial Personnel

PH Capital Ltd has appointed Mr. Vijay Solanki as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) with effect from March 27, 2026. Mr. Solanki, with 30 years of experience in accounts, finance, audit, and taxation, was appointed after the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee. He will be authorized to determine materiality of events or information for disclosures to the Stock Exchange.
