LE Lavoir: Ashok Jain & PACs acquire 6.57% via preferential allotment

Ashok Dilipkumar Jain and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), including Kajal Ashok Jain and Viha Ashok Jain, have acquired 2,28,000 equity shares of LE Lavoir Ltd. The acquisition, conducted through a preferential allotment on March 30, 2026, increased their combined shareholding from 3.44% (1,11,300 shares) to 9.78% (3,39,300 shares) of the company's total diluted share capital. The acquirer group is not part of the Promoter/Promoter group. Following the allotment, the company's total equity share capital increased from 32,40,000 shares to 34,68,000 shares.
