Santosh Kumar Agrawal Transfers Shares of Gallantt Ispat Ltd. to Gallantt Trust through Off-Market Transaction

Santosh Kumar Agrawal, a Promoter Group Shareholder of Gallantt Ispat Limited, has transferred 16902501 equity shares to Gallantt Trust through an OFF-MARKET transaction. This transfer is in accordance with the SEBI Order dated March 20, 2026, granting exemption from complying with Regulation 3(1) and 4 of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011.
