Kaiser Corporation Ltd. has decided to adjourn its board meeting initially scheduled for March 27, 2026. The decision to adjourn was made due to the need for additional information, clarifications, and expert opinion regarding the Scheme of Amalgamation of Emazing Deals Limited into Kaiser Corporation Limited and their respective shareholders. The meeting will now continue on March 31, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and other applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
