KD Leisures Ltd Approves Financial Statements, Auditor's Appointment, and Director's Re-appointment

KD Leisures Ltd announced that its Board of Directors approved the financial statements for the financial year ended 31st March 2025. The Board also approved the appointment of M/s. GAV & Associates as the Statutory Auditor and the re-appointment of Mr. Mandeep Singh Thukral as Managing Director. Additionally, M/s. Amit Saxena & Associates were appointed as scrutinizers for the Annual General Meeting.
