
Nutricircle Ltd Enters SSP Project Agreement with CSIR-CFTRI for Development of Fermented Chickpea Ingredients
Nutricircle Ltd has entered into a SSP Project Agreement with Central Food Technological Research Institute (CSIR-CFTRI) on 2nd April, 2026. The agreement is for the Development of fermented chickpea ingredients for enhanced protein bioavailability and techno-functional properties. The project will be carried out in three phases: Strain Screening, Process Optimization, and Comprehensive Characterization. Nutricircle Ltd will pay CSIR-CFTRI a total of Rs. 39,51,525 for the project, with the first instalment of Rs. 23,70,915 due on or before signing the agreement and the second instalment of Rs. 15,80,610 due on or before 31st November 2026. CSIR-CFTRI is responsible for completing the project and submitting the final report within six months of signing the agreement.
