Ambalal Sarabhai Enterprises Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for all specified designated persons from April 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the financial results will be informed in due course.
