Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited, India’s largest managed office platform by area under management, has announced the expansion of its multi-city engagement with a Forbes 2000 company and a global leader in digital business services and customer experience (CX) management. The client's total portfolio with Smartworks now spans four cities, including Bengaluru, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Mumbai, with over 5,000 seats and an expected rental revenue exceeding INR 155 Cr. The deal includes a new managed office deal in Mumbai worth INR 51 Cr. The expansion reflects the strength of the platform Smartworks has built and the long-term relationships it continues to deepen with global clients.
