Innovision Ltd has received a resignation letter dated 6th April 2026 from Ms. Sudha Hooda, the Independent Director of the company. Ms. Hooda has resigned due to other professional commitments and personal reasons. She will also cease to be a Chairman and Member of the Audit Committee, Member of Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company has expressed gratitude for her contributions during her tenure.
