Fratelli Vineyards Ltd: Re-Appointment of Gaurav Sekhri as Managing Director and Appointment of Monika Gupta as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer

Fratelli Vineyards Ltd, formerly known as Tinna Trade Limited, has announced the re-appointment of Mr. Gaurav Sekhri as Managing Director for a further period of five years, subject to approval of the Members of the Company. The appointment of Mrs. Monika Gupta as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer has also been approved. The appointments were approved at the Board Meeting held on 03rd April 2026. The company has also appointed M/s. Ajay Baroota & Associates as scrutinizers for the postal ballot process.
