Enkei Wheels Appoints Dinesh Sarnaik as New CFO

Enkei Wheels (India) Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Dinesh Sarnaik as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel. The appointment, effective from April 11, 2026, was made by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Sarnaik, a Chartered Accountant, brings 18 years of experience in finance, taxation, treasury, and compliance management, having worked with multinational and listed organizations. He succeeds Mr. Kunal Sudhir Dhoke, who resigned on January 13, 2026. The company has made this disclosure in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
