Orchid Pharma Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for Quarter IV of the Financial Year 2025-26. The closure will commence on April 01, 2026, and will end 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and the financial year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results will be intimated separately. All persons applicable to the Company's Code of Conduct and those in possession of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information are advised not to trade during the closure period.
