Moneyboxx Finance Ltd Allots 20,000 NCDs Worth INR 20 Crore on Private Placement Basis

Moneyboxx Finance Ltd has allotted 20,000 Listed, Senior, Secured, Transferable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis. The total face value of these debentures is INR 20,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Twenty Crore only). The debentures have a tenor of 24 months from the deemed date of allotment, which is April 08, 2026, and the maturity date is April 08, 2028. The coupon rate is 10.20% p.a. The allotment has been made to two identified investors: Manba Finance Limted and SK Finance Limited, who have been allotted 10,000 debentures each. The issue is secured by a first ranking exclusive and continuing charge over certain identified receivables of the Issuer and/or fixed deposit lien marked in favor of Debenture Trustee or pledge on NCDs favor of the Debenture Trustee.
