NMDC Steel Ltd Closes Trading Window Until 48 Hours After Q4, FY26 Financial Results

NMDC Steel Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The closure will be effective from 1st April, 2026 and will end 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and year ending 31st March, 2026. This decision is applicable to all insiders, including designated persons and their immediate relatives.
