Nexus Select Trust Subscribes to INR 115 Crores NCDs of Runwal Residency Private Limited

Nexus Select Trust, managed by Nexus Select Mall Management Private Limited, has subscribed to redeemable, unlisted, unrated, secured, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) aggregating to INR 115 Crores issued by Runwal Residency Private Limited. This decision was approved in a Board Meeting held on February 23, 2026, and the Trust has directly and/or through its SPVs/Holdcos subscribed to the NCDs on April 02, 2026. The NCDs are secured against second ranking security.
