Mastek Ltd. to Announce Q4FY26 Results on April 17th, 2026; Earnings Call Scheduled for April 20th, 2026

Mastek Ltd. has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled on April 17th, 2026, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated (including Subsidiaries) Audited Financial Results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standards (IndAS) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The company will also recommend a final dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 44th Annual General Meeting. The Trading Window for trading in the Company’s equity shares will be closed from March 31, 2026, till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said Financial results are made public. An Earnings Conference Call is scheduled for April 20th, 2026, for investors / analysts, to discuss the financial results and business outlook.
