Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd. Adjourns Board Meeting to Consider Preferential Allotment

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd. announced that the Board of Directors, in a meeting held on April 4th, 2026, decided to adjourn the meeting to enable further deliberations and consideration of additional information in relation to the proposed preferential allotment. The decision was made in accordance with the Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. The adjourned meeting is scheduled for Monday, 6th April, 2026, to consider and evaluate the proposal for issuance of equity shares on a preferential basis, subject to necessary approvals. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives remains closed until 48 hours after the outcome of the adjourned Board Meeting is made public.
