SML Mahindra Ltd. to Approve Audited Financial Results for FY 2025-26 on 20th April 2026

SML Mahindra Ltd. has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on 20th April 2026 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ending on 31st March 2026. The meeting will also consider and recommend Dividend on equity shares, if any, for the said year. The trading window for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from 1st April 2026 to 23rd April 2026.
