Citizen Infoline Ltd. Approves Share Allotment Post Scheme of Amalgamation

The Board Meeting of Citizen Infoline Ltd. held on April 03, 2026 approved the allotment of shares pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation with Citizen Solar Private Limited. The company's name will be changed to Citizen Solar Limited. The record date for determining eligible shareholders is fixed as March 31, 2026. The authorized share capital will increase to INR 155,00,00,000 divided into 1,55,00,000 equity shares of INR 10 each. 86,46,000 shares will be allotted to eligible equity shareholders of the transferor company.
