KD Leisures Ltd Appoints New Director and Auditor, Announces Resignation

KD Leisures Ltd announced that the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on Tuesday, 17th February, 2026 approved several decisions. The Board appointed Ms. Anubha Kumari Sinha as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Director. The company also took on record the resignation of Mr. Dileep Kumar, who has resigned from the position of Non-Executive Independent Director due to pre-occupation in other personal business. Furthermore, M/s. Vaibhav Sharma & Associates was appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2025-2026.
