Relic Technologies Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Relic Technologies Limited has announced the closure of the trading window for buying/selling/dealing/trading in the shares of the company. The closure is pursuant to the Insider Trading Policy & SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Code), Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed from April 01, 2026, and it will be reopened after 48 hours of the conclusion of the Board Meeting where the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2026, will be approved. The date of the Board Meeting is yet to be intimated. The notification has been sent to the Directors, Promoters, Auditors, all the Designated Employees and their Immediate Relatives.
