Brightcom Group Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Q1 2026

Brightcom Group Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from April 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the public announcement of the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The Board Meeting date to approve the Audited financial results will be informed in due course. The trading window closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders. All Promoters/designated/connected persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period.
