Amarjothi Spinning Mills Ltd. Approves Amendments to Policies and Codes

Amarjothi Spinning Mills Ltd. announced that the Board of Directors approved the amendment of various existing Policies and Codes at their meeting held on April 06, 2026. The amendments are in line with the amended regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The policies that are set to be amended include the Policy on Related Party Transactions and the Whistle Blower Policy. The Board also reviewed the SEBI Compliances during the year 2025-26 and recorded their comments on the non-compliances, if any. The company has paid a fine for delayed compliance of Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 during the quarter ended 31.12.2025.
