PTC India Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window till 48 Hours After Q4 Results in FY26

PTC India Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all insiders and their immediate relatives, effective from 1st April 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March 2026. The trading window closure is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Practices & Procedures for fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, Code of Conduct for Regulating & Monitoring Trading by Insiders, and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The exact date of the Board Meeting for consideration of financial results will be informed in due course.
