According to the yearly disclosure under Regulation 31(4) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 from the Promoter of Tirupati Finlease Ltd for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026, Vittu Bajranglal Agarwal, a member of the promoter group, along with the promoter and other persons acting in concert, did not make any encumbrance, directly or indirectly, during the financial year 2025-26.
