Oscar Global Ltd: Major Resignations and Appointments Including New Directors and CFO

Oscar Global Ltd has seen significant changes in its leadership as Mr. Pawan Chadha resigned from his positions as Director and Chief Financial Officer. The Board appointed Mr. Gopal Bhatter as an additional director and Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, Ms. Sonia Bhatter, Ms. Monika Bhatter, Mr. Radheshyam Pandey, and Mr. Arvind Ganpat Desai were appointed as additional directors.
