Soni Medicare Ltd Closes Trading Window under SEBI PIT Regulations

Soni Medicare Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all Directors, Officers, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be in effect from 01% April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter ended on 31 March 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and take on record the audited financial results will be intimated separately.
