Eco Recycling Ltd Approves Issuance of Upto 3,00,000 Warrants to Promoter Group

Eco Recycling Ltd has approved the issuance of up to 3,00,000 warrants to promoter/promoter group at a price of Rs. 408/- per warrant. The warrants are convertible into equity shares of the company. The board has also approved the postal ballot notice and the detailed resolution for approval of members of the company. The company will make an application for in-principal approval with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on the date of dispatch of the Postal Ballot Notice.
