Wardwizard Solutions India Private Limited: Creation of Pledge of 1,50,00,000 Equity Shares in Favor of Blacksoil Capital Private Limited

The Exchange has received a disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 for Wardwizard Solutions India Pvt Ltd. The disclosure is for the creation of a pledge of 1,50,00,000 equity shares in favor of Blacksoil Capital Private Limited. The acquirer, Mr. Yatin Sanjay Gupte, already holds a significant number of shares and voting rights in the company. The pledge creation is the only change in the acquisition/disposal details.
