Westend Developers Limited Acquires 4.83% Shares in Aananda Lakshmi Spinning Mills Ltd

Westend Developers Limited, a public shareholder of Aananda Lakshmi Spinning Mills Ltd, has disclosed the acquisition of 169,000 shares, which is 4.83% of the total voting capital. This disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011. The shares were acquired off-market on 30th March 2026. The equity share capital of the company remains the same at Rs. 3,49,92,700 divided into 34,99,270 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each, both before and after the acquisition.
