Promoters of Skipper Ltd Declare No Encumbrance of Shares in FY 2025-26

In accordance with the SEBI Takeover Regulations, Skipper Ltd has received an annual declaration from its promoters. The promoters, jointly holding 7,50,80,657 fully paid up equity shares as of March 31, 2026, have declared no encumbrance of shares, directly or indirectly, during the Financial Year 2025-26. The declaration includes several entities and trusts associated with the promoters. Additionally, Utsav Ispat Private Limited has been converted into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) as of March 22, 2026.
