Catalyst Trusteeship Acquires 2.63% Stake in Praxis Home Retail Ltd Through Creation of Pledge

Catalyst Trusteeship Ltd, acting as a security trustee on behalf of Poonawalla Fincorp Limited, has acquired 2.63% stake in Praxis Home Retail Ltd through the creation of a pledge. The acquisition was made on March 30, 2026. Before the acquisition, Catalyst Trusteeship along with PACs held 12.73% of the company's shares and voting rights. Post-acquisition, their holding increased to 15.36%. The total equity share capital and total voting capital of the company remained unchanged at 18,58,12,210 paid-up equity shares of INR 05 each.
