Muthoot Finance Ltd. to Consider Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26

Muthoot Finance Ltd. has announced a scheduled Board Meeting on 10th April 2026 to consider the declaration of an interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for determining the entitlements of the shareholders for the payment of the interim dividend is set as 13th April 2026. The dividend will be paid within 30 days of declaration, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
