Tarsons Products Ltd Appoints Mr. Vinesh Mohan Kriplani as Non-Executive Independent Director

Tarsons Products Ltd has appointed Mr. Vinesh Mohan Kriplani as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five consecutive years, with effect from February 06, 2026. The appointment was approved by the requisite majority as per the provisions of the Act and in accordance with the Scrutinizer’s Report dated April 08, 2026. Mr. Kriplani is a Chartered Accountant with over 29 years of experience in Indian corporate and international taxation, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and cross-border transactions.
