G. K. P. Printing & Packaging Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window from April 01, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure is for the purpose of consideration and approval of Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ended on March 31, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ended on March 31, 2026, will be intimated in due course. During the closed trading window period, Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are not allowed to trade in the company's shares/securities.
